We also do something called 'The Plot Box of Doom' where everyone takes a 3x5 card and writes a plot idea and puts it into this really scary metal rusting box covered in glitter stickers and during each meeting or event you can take a plot idea out but you have to replace it with one. It's a good way to always have ideas they can dip into sitting around.
